The HCA On-line Practitioners' Guide & Learning Tool is an electronic version of the HCA Practitioners' Guide. It also goes beyond the hard-copy desktop manual in that it is a 'living document' being continually updated and expanded and containing extra links, downloads and multiple choice questions to test your knowledge.
