22 Minute Introduction to the HCA Model for Health Behaviour Change

This DVD gives an overview of the principles and processes of the HCA model of health coaching. It includes footage from one of the client consultations in our 5 DVD set, and interviews with two clients that provide their perspectives on the HCA health coaching process.
